Return Policy

We accept all unused, unworn merchandise for a store credit within 10 days of receiving your order. Any items received by mail outside of the 10 day return period will be charged a 50% late fee from the value of the items returned.

 

All Hats, Sneaker, Underwear and Headwear sales are final.

Exceptions: All items marked ‘Final Sale', all sale, clearance or marked down items, opened from their original packaging, and accessories are non-refundable and will not be accepted for a return, refund or store credit.

All items purchased with a discount or promotion of 25% off or more can only be refunded as store credit.

All shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer.

Items must be received in their original, resell-able condition with the original tags attached. If any returned items are received worn, stained, altered or damaged you will not be eligible for a refund and the items will be returned to you at your expense.

How are my refunds credited?

All refunds will be credited to a 3J e-Gift Card, depending on which method you choose.

All returns or exchanges must be accompanied with your original receipt. Nothing will be done without a receipt.

 

All returns are subject to management approval and must be made within 10 days of original purchase. No cash back, all will be store credit if approved.

 

All merchandise being returned must have original tags/stickers attached and in new condition. Absolutely no returns on worn.

 

All hats, sneaker and headwear sales are final.
